Pastors William & Dr. Kimberly Dean have committed nearly two decades to serving God across the globe, walking in the supernatural of miracles, signs, and wonders. As ordained pastors from the South Side of Chicago, their mission is to spread God’s love, evangelize, teach, and minister the gospel across the world. They have faithfully served in two mega churches, each with over 20,000 members, and have founded Eternal Living Water, an HIV/AIDS Ministry focused on bringing awareness, holistic healing, wellness, and providing prayer and support for those infected and affected.

Their international ministry spans the U.S., Caribbean, South America, and the South Pacific. Kingdom Constituents International, the pinnacle of their work, provides virtual biblical studies, spiritual support, biblical counseling, spiritual counseling and global gospel outreach. Pastor William is passionate about God’s word and is committed to saving, healing, delivering and making people whole through the power of The Holy Spirit. Pastor Dr. Kimberly is dedicated to healing, providing spiritual guidance, and serving various Chicago ministries when called upon.

Pastors William and Dr. Kimberly Dean believe in God’s power to free people from financial, physical, emotional, and spiritual bondage. The Dean's teach that by practicing biblical kingdom principles and laws, every believer can walk in freedom and victory through Jesus Christ.
